Job Description.

We are looking for two ambitious, enthusiastic graduates with great analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly on the job. Come and join our fast-paced site and learn the end-to-end processes that go into the design and manufacture of existing and new semiconductor technologies.

Role details

This is a shift-based position which will be responsible for solving process issues on shift and ensuring the manufacturing processes run efficiently and to the highest quality.  A full training plan will be implemented, once this is complete it is expected that the role will include the following duties and responsibilities:
•Ownership of process recovery at all levels, identify and resolve recurring issues.
•Identify and contain tool, lot and process excursions, drive problem solving, pipeline analysis and implement recovery plans and root cause preventive actions.
•Execute technical procedures for all levels of tool operation and Engineering OCAPS,
•Technical process expert on shift, own improvement activities for mechanical and probe yield on shift
•Detailed knowledge and understanding of Fab and FOPs process flows,
•SPC expert on shift - identify trends, propose and implement solutions to issues.
•Generate and populate Scrap and Near miss reports, drive root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions

Skills and Experience

  • Degree/HND in Scientific/Engineering discipline with a strong understanding of semiconductor processing.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, the role will be working 12-hour shifts.
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to pick up new information quickly.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Highly motivated and results orientated.

Work Environment

  • Will be required to work in a cleanroom environment
